Sterling silver, cubic zirconia
A little before and after. This ring was first made a few years ago. I liked the shape and design but it was pretty simple. Before I put it up for sale I decided to give it a bit of a make over.
I remember a time when stone setting was really quite scary for me. I loved stones but avoided using them for fear of doing it wrong or damaging something.
I didn’t have anything new this time I used all the same tools and stones. Only this time I had more experience and confidence. I love how much art can change with just a little more input. (And how a sturdy well made piece can be easily transformed later on).
I really think the new sparkly details and finish really capture what I was going for when I first cast it.
